Based at our welcoming Head Office in Wendover, Buckinghamshire, you will become an integral part of our thriving business, gaining valuable skills and experience within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in the preparation and submission of accurate and timely estimates
* Supporting senior estimators with cost analyses and tender processes
* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
* Collating documentation and maintaining organised records for estimating and costing purposes
* Supporting the team with general administrative duties related to projects and costings
* Continuously learning and developing industry knowledge to enhance estimating capabilities
Who We’re Looking For:
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
* Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
* Enthusiastic team player who enjoys collaborating
* Previous experience or understanding of construction or maintenance estimating
* Ability to prioritise workloads effectively and meet deadlines
* Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities
