About the Role
Fawkes & Reece are looking for a Finishing Foreman to join a project in Cambridge. The role involves overseeing the final stages of construction to ensure high-quality finishes and a smooth handover.
Responsibilities
Manage finishing trades and ensure works are completed to a high standard
Coordinate snagging, inspections, and handover
Work closely with the Site Manager and subcontractors
Maintain health & safety on site
Ensure programme targets are met
Requirements
Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman on construction projects
Strong eye for detail and quality
Supervisors CSCS card
Nice to Have
