The purpose of this role is to work with technical leads to define and develop rapid prototyping systems and software, systems functions and analysis techniques for vehicle Steer By Wire (SBW) systems, within a pre-production design and development environment.
WHAT TO EXPECT
* Development of analysis techniques to support project technical development
* Development of functions for rapid prototyping and rig development
* Integration of SW to support rapid prototyping and rig development
* Participate in Agile activities to create the development team quarterly delivery plan.
* Participate in vehicle and rig testing and development
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
* Strong experience in function development for prototype software, data analysis to support design & development and knowledge of common vehicle communication networks.
* Understanding of the basic systems engineering development process
* Ability to manage and run development testing, analyse and work from results with efficient impact.
* Proficient in Matlab and Simulink
* Ability to evaluate the performance and merits of alternative engineering solutions to create and develop requirements at multiple levels in the development V.
