Chef de Partie Greater Manchester AA Rosette Gastro Pub
A talented Chef de Partie is required for this award-winning gastro pub set in a stunning part of Greater Manchester.
This role requires candidates to have a valid UK work visa or settled status no sponsorship is provided.
The site is set within a beautifully scenic part of the country and offers excellent locally sourced produce used to create a mouth-watering a la carte menu brimming with modern British dishes.
The pub is cosy and rustic, with exposed wooden beams and open fireplaces to create a warm and homely atmosphere.

The kitchen is modern and excellently equipped and the Head Chef, who you will work with closely, leads his team in a calm and collected manner.

As Chef de Partie you will:
* Be expected to work on all sections of the kitchen and you should have a great attitude and willingness to learn new skills
* Have solid experience of working in a high-quality kitchen
* Be experienced in running your own section
* Have the drive and determination to help ensure consistency is maintained throughout
