The BIM Revit MEP Role
We require an Revit MEP Technician to join a Building Information modelling BIM design team on a permanent basis. This is a high-profile, HVAC and Electrical building services company and this is a unique MEP Revit opportunity. You can contribute and build your expertise on design and installation stages and will work closely with this establised MEP contractor's MEP design team.

The ideal BIM candidate will have:
* BIM experience in residential and commercial building projects, using Revit.
* Using Revit MEP to create 3D building systems and geometries for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, IT, containment and fire protection systems
* Working from Engineer’s mark-up’s and sketches under minimum supervision to produce MEP drawings in Revit MEP
* Proven hands-on Experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite, which includes Revit
* Practical knowledge of 3D BIM/REVIT
* Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D
* knowledge from within a similar environment
* Identify and resolve any clashes or issues within the Revit model.
