Red Recruit Global is excited to collaborate with a well:established, award:winning Removals and Storage firm. We are currently seeking a dynamic Head of Fleet to oversee their UK:wide vehicle operations from their branch in Nottingham.
What youll do:
Youll be responsible for managing a fleet of approximately 200 vehicles (3.5T:18T), working closely with operational managers across the UK to ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, efficiently and in full compliance.
* Ensuring full compliance, including Operators Licence oversight
* Supporting Regional Managers with driver and fleet compliance
* Building strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
* Overseeing workshops and service standards across the network
* Managing fleet costs, fines, and day:to:day expenditure
* Handling fleet administration (V5s, purchase orders, etc.)
* Producing weekly reports for senior leadership
What you need:
Were keen to speak to experienced fleet professionals who hold a Transport Manager CPC and have recent hands:on fleet management experience, including stakeholder management skills. It goes without saying you should have strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements. Experience managing commercial vehicles would also be a distinct advantage.
