Job overview: We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated person who will provide admin support within the Administration Team, Children & Young People’s Division, based in the Conwy Child Development Centre, Llandudno. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, excellent communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative and be efficient and organised with their own workload. The candidate should also have excellent keyboard skills and experience of Microsoft Office Package. A good telephone manner is essential. The ability to speak Welsh would be beneficial but is not essential. The post holder will be required to demonstrate a professional and sensitive manner and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Essential criteria
* Good standard of general education (GCSE English at grade C and above or equivalent) or NVQ level 2 or equivalent knowledge and experience or willingness to work towards
Desirable criteria
* IT related qualification L2 RSA/OCR or equivalent
Experience

* Knowledge of a range of administrative processes.
Desirable criteria
* Experience of working in an office environment. Experience of working within the NHS
