Hotel Maintenance Technician
Location: Turing Locke
Salary: £27,000 to £35,000 per Annum
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Turing Locke is a leading hospitality company committed to providing exceptional experiences for our guests. We are currently seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Performing routine maintenance tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
* Conducting electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs as needed
* Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment and systems to identify issues
* Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
* Assisting with renovation projects and room setups
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a hotel or similar environment
* Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance
* Relevant technical qualifications or certifications
