As a Custody Asset Servicing Manager - Vice President within the Global Custody Asset Servicing Team, you will gain exposure to corporate actions and income-related events across all asset classes, including collections, announcements capture, corporate actions processing, income processing, proxy and controls, entitlement completion, payment processing, claims management, and more. You will work within a dynamic team to complete business-as-usual (BAU) tasks and contribute to specialized projects and implementations.
Job Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of controls, checks, instructions, and queries daily.
* Manage people and processes within the Asset Servicing Department.
* Collaborate with product teams, network management, sub-custodians, and vendors to resolve daily operational issues.
* Manage your workload to meet individual, team, and departmental deadlines and objectives.
* Review and update existing processes or procedures to minimize risk and improve operations.
* Provide support, guidance, and training to strengthen the team and enhance global client experience.
* Ensure adherence to all departmental procedures, policies, checkpoints, and controls.
* Produce and distribute MIS for departmental Key Performance Indicators.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
* Financial services background, preferably in custody or asset servicing (income, corporate actions, proxy voting).
* Proven track record in risk management and risk reduction.
* Results-oriented with strategic and analytical thinking skills.
* Experience in adapting to change, learning, documenting, and implementing new processes efficiently.
* Effective oral and written communication skills for management, clients, and colleagues.
* Experience in team development and management.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
* Knowledge of market processes, requirements, and regulations.
