Qualified Nursery Practitioner – Baby Room (0–1 Years)
Blossom Lodge Day Nursery in Cheltenham is recruiting a Qualified Nursery Practitioner for our Baby Room (0‑1 years) on a full‑time, permanent basis (Monday to Friday). This role is ideal for a caring, enthusiastic early years professional passionate about creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where toddlers can thrive.
About the Role
* Full‑time position working 44 hours per week over 4.5 days
* Support, develop, and extend children’s play across the EYFS curriculum
* Create individual learning experiences tailored to each child’s needs
* Build strong, positive relationships with parents and colleagues
* Record children’s daily activities and progress using our online portal

Essential Requirements
* Previous experience in a children’s day nursery
* Sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
