Joining a charity in South Cambridge as an Executive Assistant for 3-6 months, you'll be joining a close-knit team who work collaboratively whilst supporting senior stakeholders. This Executive Assistant position will see you providing support to the Deputy CEO who works in a fast-paced environment across a wide scope within the organisation.
Initially, this position is expected to last 3 - 6 months; there could be potential to move permanent, but this is not a guarantee, so the hiring manager is fully open to candidates purely on a temporary basis.
A few key facts:
* 35 hours per week (m-f)
* 2 days onsite
* Onsite parking
* £15.89ph
You'll be providing support with:
* Diary Management
* Travel Management
* Internal and external communications
* Email management
* Expenses
* Support with presentations
This position could be ideal for an experienced EA, PA, or Team Administrator - our client is open to background as long as you are able to demonstrate core skills that transfer to this role.
