Salary: £16.25 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Fixed-Term (3+ Months, possibility to extend if happy to work in other areas)
Working hours: 8am - 5pm

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Tenant Liaison Officer to join our client's team, working on key social housing refurbishment and maintenance projects.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in local communities, helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for residents throughout improvement works.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact between tenants, contractors, and the project team.
Provide clear communication to residents about planned works, schedules, and any disruptions.
Organise and attend tenant meetings, including pre-start and follow-up visits.
Handle queries, complaints, and concerns professionally and empathetically.
Ensure residents' needs are considered and supported during works, including vulnerable tenants.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update project teams accordingly.
Work closely with site managers and other stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to tenants.
Promote resident satisfaction and support community engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar role within the Social Housing, Construction, or Customer Service sectors.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of people.
Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
Knowledge of housing refurbishment or planned maintenance works.
Experience supporting vulnerable tenants or communities.
Awareness of safeguarding and data protection procedures.
A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (if travel is required).
