We develop and manufacture Oralade® the UK’s 1 veterinary isotonic oral rehydration solution for dogs and cats and distributed in over 60 countries worldwide. We are now growing again, and we’re looking for a Quality Assurance Manager who wants to make a real impact inside a fast-expanding, export-led pet health brand. Purpose of the role Lead the Quality function on site to ensure our products are always safe, compliant, and consistently manufactured to the highest standards. You will be an active, visible leader confirming that products meet internal and external requirements via checks, audits, coaching & documentation control. What you’ll be responsible for Oversee day-to-day quality operations and records Inspect & test ingredients, equipment & finished product Maintain traceability across all stages of production Manage controlled documents, specifications & test results Monitor process KPIs and production performance Own internal audits, NCs, complaints and CAPA actions Supplier approval & ongoing supplier performance Daily calibration checks and lab testing schedule Lead quality training & maintain training matrices Support new customer specs & export certification Ensure site pest control programme is effective Working with export health certs and other required documents Other Support NPD and research About you · Experienced in food / beverage / pet food QMS · Confident working with BRC/ISO/GMP, auditing bodies & customers · Hands on, proactive, comfortable on the production floor · Strong communicator, calm under pressure, practical problem solver Health & Safety All duties must be carried out in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act and our internal policies and procedures.
