Amour Recruitment is seeking a highly organised Projects Administrator to join our client’s team near Fareham.
This is a pivotal role, ensuring their projects run smoothly from start to finish and that their engineers and clients are fully supported throughout.
Duties include:
1. Ensure all engineer paperwork is completed accurately and on time
2. Manage the receipt and completion of all project documentation
3. Proactively manage engineer work diaries, booking work in advance, identifying available capacity, and escalating issues
4. Schedule projects start dates with clients and maintain control of the work diary, ensuring all changes are approved to avoid conflicts or errors.
5. Produce RAMS
6. Negotiate supplier pricing to achieve best value, source alternatives, and apply commercial pressure when required.
Personal requirements:
7. Previous experience in the fire and security industry
8. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Experience in project administration or coordination is preferred.
11. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
Hours: Monday to Friday 0830-1700
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
