Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join the team at Stove. The role is responsible for helping to create exceptional culinary experiences and is a key position within the kitchen brigade, supporting consistently high standards of food quality while playing an important role in exceeding guest expectations.
Key responsibilities
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes across all services (breakfast to dinner)
Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management
Support menu preparation, inventory management, and cost control
Identify and mitigate potential risks within kitchen operations
Develop and propose seasonal menu ideas based on guest trends
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organisation
Actively participate in day-to-day kitchen operations
Support and mentor junior chefs, promoting a collaborative team environment
