What You'll Be Doing Day-to-day responsibilities include: Processing sales and purchase invoices. Updating financial records and posting payments and receipts. Communicating with suppliers to resolve queries and maintain positive relationships. Monthly responsibilities include: Reconciling supplier statements and chasing missing invoices. Preparing and processing Purchase Ledger BACS runs. Collating and checking payroll data for submission to the payroll bureau. You'll also assist with general office and administrative duties, including handling calls and supporting colleagues across the team.
