Are you a registered Architect (ARB/RIBA) looking to lead technically complex projects in Defence, Custodial, or Power? On behalf of our client, we are seeking a creative, hands-on professional to join their hybrid team for a 6 month contract based in Manchester.

Are you a registered Architect (ARB/RIBA) looking to lead technically complex projects in Defence, Custodial, or Power? On behalf of our client, we are seeking a creative, hands-on professional to join their hybrid team for a 6 month contract based in Manchester.
What You'll Do
* Design and specify architectural solutions across multiple RIBA stages
* Coordinate technical design, ensuring quality, compliance, and standards
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to our Continuous Improvement culture
* Support project delivery from concept to construction
What You Bring
* ARB/RIBA registration and relevant sector experience (Defence, Custodial, Power)
* Strong technical detailing & specification skills in Revit 3D
* Solid knowledge of Building Regulations and standards
* Must be eligible for SC clearance
