Key Responsibilities:
* Handling incoming calls from tenants and residents regarding repairs, maintenance, and general housing queries
* Logging and tracking all calls accurately on the internal system
* Liaising with contractors and operatives to schedule and coordinate repairs
* Providing updates to residents on the progress of their queries
* Escalating urgent or complex issues to the relevant departments
* Ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and empathetically
