The Role
You will join a busy and supportive private client team with a strong reputation in the local market. The role offers a varied caseload and the opportunity to work closely with high-net-worth individuals and longstanding clients.
The caseload will include:
• Wills and estate planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Probate and estate administration
• Trust creation and administration
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Court of Protection matters (desirable, not essential)
This position offers genuine scope for progression, with the opportunity to take on more complex matters and play an active role in business development and client relationship management.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will:
• Be a qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in Private Client
• Have experience managing a full caseload independently
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge across wills, probate and tax planning
• Be confident working with high value estates and complex matters
• Possess excellent client care and communication skills
• Be commercially aware and proactive in developing client relationships
