About the Role: Working in a dynamic, highly collaborative and collegiate team, you will contribute to developing new business and will serve as lead broker on the placement of complex warranty and indemnity (W&I) insurance solutions. These rank among the most novel and high profile in the M&A market.
Following a period of practical learning, with the support of other colleagues, you will lead on the structuring of W&I insurance solutions in a timely, technically proficient, accurate and compliant manner as well as collaborating with colleagues on other transactions.
Responsibilities:
1. Have a genuine interest in fostering and maintaining long term relationships with key client decision makers, internal stakeholders and other sources of business, including lawyers, financial advisors and other professional advisors.
2. Actively develop additional business from existing team and group clients, and business opportunities from new clients.
3. Maintain an awareness of trends in the economy, in mergers and acquisitions and matters affecting W&I insurance, including large and complex claims.
