The Role (What you’ll be doing):
The position involves working on a new product launch within oncology. You will be responsible for securing formulary inclusion in hospitals and cancer centres, engaging with hospital formulary teams, understanding formulary processes, and raising awareness among clinical formulary champions to secure product access.
The role requires making calls via telephone and digital platforms to healthcare professionals in this specialist environment.

The Person (You):
Proven experience in hospital sales, ideally within oncology, haematology, or specialty care. Success in gaining formulary inclusion and influencing healthcare decisions, with understanding of NHS access pathways and funding. Experience in pharmaceutical sales and remote selling preferred. Traits include tenacity, confidence, and disruptive thinking.
