Atlas AI is on a mission to reshape the way healthcare practices grow. We’re building the AI-powered growth engine for doctors helping them acquire, retain, and engage patients automatically using an intelligent platform that works alongside their existing systems.
We’re looking for exceptional business students (MBA only) who want more than just slide decks and case studies. This is your chance to build the go-to-market motion from scratch by executing, iterating, and driving real revenue outcomes alongside the founding team.
This is not a traditional "strategy consulting" role. This is all about startups, positive reinforcement, and scrappy execution - and we love it that way.
What You'll Actually Do
* Design and experiment with creative outreach strategies to get more doctors onto Atlas AI
* Work directly with the founders to shape GTM playbooks, messaging, and growth tactics
* Run outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, or whatever channels work
* Track performance, identify bottlenecks, and iterate rapidly to improve
* Join sales and onboarding calls to learn from the ground up
* Deliver results, then scale what works
Who We're Looking For
* Current student or recent graduate from a top-tier business program (MBA)
* Hungry to learn GTM execution at a real startup, not just design the strategy
* Excellent communicator who’s confident speaking with doctors and practice staff
* Can take ownership of work and figure things out with minimal guidance
* Bonus: Prior experience in sales, healthcare, or startups
Compensation
* You earn based on the number of practices you help convert
