The programme environment
You’ll operate across a transformation programme made up of multiple interdependent projects, working closely with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders across the organisation.

The role
As a Programme Manager, you’ll:
6. Lead the delivery of a transformation programme consisting of multiple interdependent projects
7. Establish and maintain programme governance and reporting structures
8. Translate strategic objectives into clear programme and project plans
9. Manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines
10. Provide clear, executive-ready reporting on programme performance
11. Work closely with project leads to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum
12. Ensure initiatives remain aligned to the overall programme benefits and business case
13. Support collaboration across teams and functions to ensure successful delivery
You may also take ownership of specific projects within the programme to ensure delivery remains on track.

What we’re looking for
25. 5+ years’ experience in programme or project management
26. Strong experience delivering complex cross-functional programmes
27. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
28. Experience managing programme governance, risk, and reporting frameworks
29. Strong organisational and planning skills
30. Ability to manage multiple interdependent workstreams
Desirable:
31. Programme or project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, PgMP)
32. Experience within transformation or PMO environments
33. Familiarity with programme management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello)
