Salary: £35,000 to £60,000 - Depending on Experience
Job Type: Full Time - Office Based Role 8am till 5pm
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction team. You will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring value for money, and supporting the successful delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
* Manage project costs and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle
* Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage procurement
* Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Monitor project progress and report on financial performance
* Work closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
* Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements
Requirements
1. Degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
2. Proven experience in a construction environment
3. Strong knowledge of cost control, contracts, and procurement
