Children Team Manager
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the care and support of children with complex needs in a residential home setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support to young people, promoting positive outcomes and independence. Key responsibilities include ensuring the highest standard of care, managing daily records, care plans, and risk assessments, as well as supporting staff development through training, guidance, and supervision. Strong communication skills are essential for working closely with external professionals and families.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of residential support workers to provide exceptional care and support to children and young people.
* Develop and implement effective care plans and risk assessments to ensure the highest standard of care.
* Promote independence, emotional well-being, and social development among young people.
* Manage safeguarding concerns and respond appropriately.
* Support staff development through training, guidance, and supervision.
* Work collaboratively with external professionals and families to achieve positive outcomes.
