I am looking for an Administrator to provide support to ensure the efficient and smooth running of my clients' internal sales and purchasing team.
Main Responsibilitie
* Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical
* Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Prepare and edit documents, reports and presentations as required
* Perform data entry and update records as required
* Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to coordinate administrative activites
* Management of goods in transit
* Processing of sales and purchase orders
* Scanning documents - daily in line with sales orders
* Ensuring the Boardroom is ready for meetings on a daily basis
The successful candidate will be:
* Proficient in Microsoft applications - particularly Word and Excel
* Organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines
* Methodical with meticulous attention to detail while understanding the requirement for confidentiality
* Able to work on their own initiative
* An excellent communictor
* Experienced in a customer service environment - both with internal and external customers.
This is a permanent, part-time role working (Apply online only) Monday to Friday
