Product Manager – B2C Growth & Experience
We’re hiring a Product Manager to own and evolve the end-to-end user journey for a well-established, subscription-based digital platform in the creative industry.
This is a high-impact B2C role where you’ll focus on driving acquisition, improving onboarding, and increasing engagement and retention. You’ll take ownership of key growth initiatives, optimising conversion funnels and delivering features across web and mobile that directly enhance the user experience.
You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy, working closely with engineering, design and commercial teams to define and deliver an ambitious product roadmap. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, running experiments and using data and user insight to drive decision-making.
What you’ll be doing
* Own the full user journey from sign-up through to long-term engagement and retention
* Optimise onboarding flows and subscription conversion
* Drive growth through experimentation, A/B testing and funnel optimisation
* Deliver impactful features across web and mobile (iOS and Android)
* Use data, dashboards and user research to inform product decisions
* Collaborate cross-functionally to bring products to market
What we’re looking for
* Proven Product Manager experience in a B2C environment
* Strong background in growth, subscriptions or marketplace products
* Experience running experiments and improving conversion funnels
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
* Comfortable working autonomously with real ownership
