Key Responsibilities as Receptionist
* Serve as the first point of contact and ambassador for the company, delivering 5-star service to clients and visitors
* Meet and greet high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) with professionalism and warmth
* Manage incoming calls and enquiries with discretion and efficiency
* Prepare and maintain the boardroom for high-level meetings
* Provide support to the Office Manager with day-to-day operations
* Assist with overflow PA duties and general administrative tasks
* Collaborate with and support the marketing department as needed
You will be/have:
* Exceptionally polished, professional, and confident with a sunny, welcoming personality
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* IT savvy
* A team player with a proactive approach and willingness to support across departments
