Job Title: CNC Programmer / Setter / OperatorOverview
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery to manufacture precision components from issued drawings through to completed parts.

Key Responsibilities
* Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings
* Program, set, and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines
* Manufacture components to required tolerances and quality standards
* Take responsibility for jobs from drawing issue through to finished part
* Conduct basic inspection and quality checks
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Essential Experience & Skills
* Proven experience as a CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator
* Experience with CNC milling and/or turning
* Experience in manual engineering
* Strong programming experience
* Ability to independently take an issued drawing, programme, set, and run a machine until completion
* High attention to detail and quality
Desirable Experience
* Experience with ONE CNC software
* Experience working with XYZ machines
Salary
Up to £35,000, dependent on experience and skill set.
