Job Title: Operations Manager
Salary: Up to £40,000 plus bonus
Role: Permanent – Full time

* Experience in retail, logistics, distribution, or transport operations

Operations Manager Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage daily depot operations, including driver and dispatcher teams
* Ensure excellent customer service and resolve service issues
* Drive performance against KPIs in safety, service, and profitability
* Manage absence, underperformance, and team development
* Support route planning, seasonal challenges, and new work mobilisation
