As the Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Own and deliver brand marketing strategy to drive awareness, acquisition, and revenue growth
* Lead brand development and ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints
* Manage product portfolios, including range optimisation and lifecycle management
* Commercialise new product innovation in collaboration with global and regional teams
* Deliver pricing and promotional strategies cross-functionally
* Analyse category, product, and market performance against KPIs
* Track consumer trends, insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy
* Support revenue forecasting, budgeting, and demand planning
* Create customer-facing sales and marketing materials
* Lead cross-functional projects to support business growth
You
* Experienced brand marketer with strong commercial and analytical capability
* Confident working cross-functionally within matrix organisations
* Data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
* Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Customer-centric, collaborative, and results-focused
* Able to travel to London, Manchester & EU
