The Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Social Media Manager to develop Superdry’s presence across our established organic social media channels (Meta, TikTok and X) while building and optimising new social opportunities, including the support of our influencer outreach programme.
You will report into the Head of Brand Marketing and work closely with our in-house marketing teams and agencies to align both organic and paid social strategy – ensuring consistency and shared learnings. We’re looking for a highly driven and passionate individual that can come in with a wealth of experience and play a key role in enhancing the brand’s perception via social media.
You Will
1. Support the Head of Brand Marketing in executing the organic social media strategy across channels
2. Work with the Brand Creative team to plan social content in line with the wider marketing plan
3. Oversee the execution of all organic social media platforms, with a key focus on Meta and TikTok
4. Manage organic social scheduling and boosting on a day-to-day basis
5. Develop the upper funnel social strategy for all brand communications on Meta and TikTok across both organic and paid.
6. Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to maximise all paid social activity to aligned KPIs and strategy.
7. Support the development of our influencer outreach programme (gifted and paid)
8. Ability to create social-first content and attend photoshoots and events
9. Ensure that the campaigns are performing, adjusting them accordingly
10. Ensure that the analytics for the campaigns and channels are growing
11. Deliver results with a drive for testing and learning
12. Be responsible for managing weekly and monthly reporting within the team
You Are
13. Someone with sufficient experience within social media marketing and influencer outreach
14. Someone with a proven track record of demonstrating exceptional knowledge and understanding of the social media and influencer landscape
15. Experienced in fashion/retail within an social media team (agency or in-house)
16. Able to confidently interpret business and marketing requirements to develop specific social briefs
17. Detail oriented, to ensure flawless execution of global and regional social activities
18. Someone that will remain at the helm of current trends including visual and hashtag trends and platform updates.
19. Able to work cross functionally – this role has key interfaces both internally and externally
20. Experienced in building strong working relationships with key social platforms in prior roles
21. Skilled in executing an aesthetically pleasing and on-brand social media experience
22. Pro-active in suggesting changes to improve performance, customer experience and growth
23. Confident in tracking budget spend
24. Proficient user of social media management platforms, Sprinklr (or equivalent), Google Analytics (or equivalent) and Meta/Tiktok Ads Manager
