Nijobs.com (part of The Stepstone Group) is looking to hire a Sales Account Manager.
Join our team and you’ll be responsible for building and developing business through sales activity with B2B clients, in order to achieve monthly targets. You will manage & be responsible for new business acquisition. This will involve high volume outbound cold call activity. And you manage the accounts that you win.
Working in the sales department you will need to be dynamic, target driven, results focused individual to add to our success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of B2B lead generation, building sales pipeline, negotiating and closing sales deals. In addition, great client & key account management with B2B clients. This role will suit a career individual with 2-4 years’ outbound sales, business development, account management, or agency-recruitment experience.

Your Responsibilities
1. Source and build a high-quality database of B2B sales leads through proactive research, outbound outreach, and market mapping to consistently feed a healthy pipeline.
2. Complete high-volume outbound cold-calling activity (50+ dials per day) to engage decision-makers, introduce solutions, and generate qualified sales opportunities.
3. Account manage all clients you successfully secure, developing long-term relationships, driving repeat business, and ensuring a high level of ongoing customer satisfaction.
4. Meet and exceed sales revenue targets and KPIs
5. Deliver consultative client meetings and tailored product presentations to HR professionals and hiring managers, demonstrating clear value and solving real business challenges.
Qualifications
6. Experienced with the full B2B sales cycle - from prospecting and cold calling, all the way through to negotiating and closing the sale.
7. 2-4 years proven success in an outbound sales / business development / account executive or agency-recruitment experience.
8. Demonstrated experience generating new business leads and building sales opportunities through proactive, self-driven outreach and relationship development.
9. Ambitious and resilient mindset, with the ability to handle rejection, maintain motivation, and stay focused on long-term performance and success.
10. Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships, influence key stakeholders, and negotiate commercial agreements effectively.
