Responsibilities
* Lead and manage digital projects, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business processes, and successful adoption by colleagues and residents.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement or investment, providing clear, evidence-based recommendations.
* Test and implement system updates, ensuring smooth adoption through effective communication and training.
* Work with suppliers and vendors to maximise value, ensuring accountability and high-quality service delivery.
* Apply an iterative and flexible approach to manage change in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Continuously develop your technical and project management skills to enhance service delivery and system configuration.

* Skilled at managing stakeholders, balancing priorities, and delivering projects on time and within scope.

* Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
* Excellent communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
