We're Hiring: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Livingston
Full-time | Temporary with view to go permanent - 8am-4.30pm (3pm finish on Fridays )
Salary: £26k
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our client's first-line Customer Care team.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all customer interactions, managing a wide range of enquiries, from general questions and product information to resolving customer concerns and complaints.
You'll play a critical role in shaping the customer experience, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally, efficiently, and with a focus on delivering excellent service.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
2. Managing a broad spectrum of queries, including:
3. General enquiries
4. Product information and guidance
5. Order-related questions
6. Customer feedback and complaints
7. Taking ownership of queries, ensuring they are resolved promptly or escalated appropriately
8. Delivering a high standard of customer care at all times
9. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products to provide accurate information
10. Logging and updating all customer interactions within the CRM system
11. Supporting internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
What You'll Bring
12. Previous experience in a customer-facing or customer service role
13. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle a variety of customer interactions confidently
14. Experience dealing with complaints and challenging situations professionally
15. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
16. Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
17. A proactive, positive approach and ability to work independently
