The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, dedicated to creating positive change in people's lives, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Personal Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
* Provide high-standard administration and secretarial support to the Directorate.
* Provide PA support as required at Directorate and Management Committee meetings as well as the AGM.
* Arrange meetings, co-ordinate agendas and take minutes.
Location and Work Arrangement
This is a remote role which will be home based. If you prefer, an office-based arrangement can be made.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Secretarial/administration training and 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
* Highly developed organisational skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office.
* Excellent team worker with the ability to use initiative and leadership skills as required.
* Proficiency in Office 365 and working knowledge of SharePoint.
Additional Skills and Experience
* Experience managing, supporting and coordinating multiple working groups and Project Boards, including agenda and minute taking.
* Action planning and task management follow-up with group and Project Board members.
