About the role

Are you an experienced Credit Administrator seeking your next challenge?

We are hiring a Credit Administrator to join our Finance Team in Eccles, Manchester, on a part-time basis (25 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

* Complete customer application packs accurately and thoroughly.
* Process all new account applications within the agreed SLA with Operations.
* Conduct credit checks on new/existing credit applications or increases.
* Process changes to credit limits according to SLA with Operations.
* Maintain accurate customer records.
* Ensure welcome letters are correct before dispatch.


Responsibilities

* Handle customer applications promptly.
* Ensure credit limit increases have the relevant KYC documentation.
* Maintain auditable and accountable work processes.


Requirements

* Ability to meet deadlines.
* Good awareness and understanding of credit processes.
* Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
* Excellent communication and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and proactively.
* Customer-focused mindset.
