Are you interested in an opportunity to join our team as a Treasury Operations Reconciliation Manager and use your expertise in treasury, settlements, and management to lead our Treasury Operations Team?

Job Summary

As Treasury Operations Reconciliation Manager, you will be responsible for managing activities within Treasury Operations including treasury settlements, and cash and card settlements. You will also support and build out treasury operation processes in collaboration with partner teams such as product, operations, process engineering, controls, risk & compliance.

The team supports processes including suspense accounts setup and management, ensuring secure and efficient operations for debit card/savings and credit card products. Reconciliation processes cover cash transactions, card transactions, liquidity monitoring, Apple Pay, suspense account management, including reporting on write-offs, aged breaks, and balances.

You will help recruit and establish an extended team to support new products and markets, bringing people management experience to build and manage a motivated team aligned with company policies and frameworks.

Job Responsibilities

The main responsibilities involve managing the Treasury Operations team from process and team perspectives. You will bring reconciliation and process build knowledge, working with various teams to design processes, create journeys, participate in testing, and maintain documentation including procedures and process maps. You will also develop process controls and report on Key Performance and Key Risk Indicators, requiring stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead processes into Business as Usual mode and ensure sustainability.

Responsibilities include:

* Collaborate with partner teams to establish Treasury Operations processes, including development, process mapping, testing, and transition to Business as Usual.
* Create comprehensive end-to-end processes across domains.
* Manage relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
* Oversee recruitment and training of team members.
* Plan, assign, and supervise team tasks and projects strategically.
* Lead the team, support development, provide feedback, and manage performance.
* Ensure a secure, compliant, and efficient work environment.
* Adhere to risk and control policies.
* Partner with Operations teams to improve customer experience and resolve issues.
* Engage in educational opportunities, industry trends, and stakeholder engagement to stay informed.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

* Deep understanding of reconciliation processes across cash and card transactions, with leadership experience.
* Effective decision-making benefiting the business and team.
* Ability to review and develop processes within an Operations environment.
* Strong people management skills, including team development and inclusive leadership.
* Experience with management information and metrics reporting, data analysis, and presentation.
* Stakeholder management skills, including managing conflicts and difficult conversations.
* Ability to work under strict timelines with ownership and accountability.
* Problem-solving skills with strategic thinking.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with influence.
* Effective delegation and subject matter expertise development.

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities

* Knowledge of reporting and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau.
