Care Assistant – Queens View Harbour Care Home
Care Concern Group is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for our Queens View Harbour Care Home in Troon.
Contract & Compensation
* Full Time or Part Time
* Contract hours: 22–44 hours per week.
* Salary: £12.70 per hour.
* Shift type: Days
About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care and support. You will assist with daily routines, promote independence, and prioritise the health, wellbeing, and happiness of our residents.
Responsibilities
* Assist residents with daily personal care routines.
* Promote residents’ independence in activities of daily living.
* Prioritise the health, wellbeing, and happiness of residents.
Qualifications
* SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
* Minimum of 6 months experience as a Care Assistant, or transferable skills with a passion for elderly care.
* A genuine interest in elderly care and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
What We Offer
* 33–44 hours per week (flexible shift patterns: 8am‑8pm, 8am‑2pm, 2pm‑8pm)
* Paid Pre-Employment Vetting (PVG)

* 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full‑time contract)
