This role offers unique opportunities for you to further grow and develop your career professionally as a Structural Engineering Technician. Ideally with a minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in the use of AutoCAD within the "structural field" you will be able to produce structural drawing packages which include: layouts, sections, elevations and detailed drawings. You will be mentored throughout your role to encourage you to further hone and advance your skills and expertise in the field of structural engineering and design.
Qualifications / Experience
* Ideally possess an HNC / HND in a relevant qualification (CAD, Civil Engineering etc.) or be enrolled on an HNC / HND or equivalent course of which my Client would be able to assist with day release. If you possess relevant structural CAD experienced but without qualification you will be encouraged to complete your HNC with sponsorship via the Client and day release to ensure you have the best start to your career
* Ideally have a minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in the field of structures and in the use of AutoCAD; residential based project experience would be advantageous but is not essential
* Possess good communication skills
* Possess good presentation skills, taking pride in the delivery of your work on a professional level
* Integrate well within a team
