Connected Kerb is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a thriving EV organization leading the rapid expansion of the UK's EV charging infrastructure network.
The Site Supervisor plays a vital role in the company's growth, supporting a delivery program that includes a skilled internal team and external Design & Build Install Partners. This position offers significant opportunities for advancement in the fast-growing EV sector.
As the Site Supervisor, you will report to the Lead Site Supervisor and oversee health, safety, and quality of all on-site activities related to EV charge point installations. Your responsibilities include conducting inspections, audits, issuing work completion certificates, and certifying payments in accordance with the project timeline. You will collaborate with the HSEQ team to identify risks and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspect construction works, conduct audits, and verify compliance with project drawings and specifications.
* Ensure adherence to CDM and safety regulations, prioritizing safety at all times.
* Approve Practical Completions against approved designs and schedules.
* Certify work completion for payment processing.
* Support onboarding and exit procedures for Install Partners.
* Provide technical advice when needed.
* Liaise with installer partners and surveyors.
* Identify and resolve discrepancies between work and specifications.
* Work with HSEQ to meet health, safety, legal, and quality standards.
* Generate regular reports for clients and management.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years' construction site supervision experience.
* NRSWA Street Works Supervisor certification.
* SMSTS (Site Safety Plus) certification.
* CSCS Supervisor card or equivalent.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
