Salesforce Project Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Lead to drive a large-scale implementation programme, leading multiple workstreams and ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
Day to Day Duties:
* Lead and coordinate multiple workstreams across a complex implementation
* Manage programme governance (RAID logs, risks, dependencies, change control)
* Run programme boards and deliver clear, accurate status reporting
* Oversee plans, timelines, and financial forecasting
* Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, handling escalations
* Track KPIs and performance via dashboards
* Drive continuous improvement and streamline ways of working
* Ensure alignment across teams and clear programme success criteria
Key Experience Required:
* Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations
* Strong background in SaaS or cloud-based project delivery
* Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and IT operations
* Excellent planning, risk management, and problem-solving skills
* Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication skills
* Experience in utilities (nice to have)
