Civicare Beds Herts Bucks Ltd is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our expanding agency team in Cambridge. This is a full-time position offering flexible shifts and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and assistance to individuals in residential, supported living, or community settings — helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and well-being. Key Responsibilities: * Provide personal care and emotional support to service users. * Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication, and mobility. * Support service users with social and recreational activities. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records. * Communicate effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals. * Ensure a safe, caring, and supportive environment at all times. Requirements: * Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant (preferred but not essential). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude. * Willingness to undergo DBS check and provide employment references. * Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends if required. * Please note: We do not offer sponsorship for this role — applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
