Pre-School Manager A committee-run pre-school is looking for a Level 3 qualified enthusiastic and driven individual to manage the setting. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and organised with strong leadership qualities. Someone who can bring new ideas and bring out the best from the team to ensure the setting delivers an ideal environment for children to develop, learn and play. Leading a team of 4/5 staff members, 32 hours per week (Monday to Friday), term time, based in Ware, Herts.
