Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary skills, with a focus on food safety and quality. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pub dishes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
Duties
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
* Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
* Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste through effective food preparation techniques.
* Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends.
* Train new kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and restaurant policies.
* Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements as necessary to enhance efficiency and quality.
