Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and manage our Highway Electrical maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong works co-ordination and planning background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. This role is crucial in ensuring that all planned maintenance tasks are completed within time scales and on budget, thereby contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to minimise downtime and ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Monitor the performance of the site based Maintenance teams.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
* Collaborate with the client on a daily basis to mitigate risk.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance activities.
* Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service regarding maintenance requests.
Skills .
* Strong planned maintenance knowledge desirable
* Previous experience in maintenance roles, demonstrating a solid understanding of electrical systems.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
