Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Internal Sales & Customer Success Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between our company and dental professionals throughout their entire customer journey. This role is critical in ensuring seamless customer experiences from initial prospect engagement through to post-sale support, whilst driving business growth through strategic upselling and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Orchestrate the complete customer journey from prospect identification through to long-term customer retention
* KPIs attached to outbound sales calls
* Ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded at every touchpoint
* Act as the primary point of contact for all customer communications and requirements
Technical Support & Implementation
* Identify and assess specific customer needs and expectations through detailed consultations
* In relation to 3D printing, hardware and software, coordinate with the 1st level technical support team in Hamburg for 1st level technical queries and perform own diagnostic/assessment to be solution-led
* Occasionally conduct on-site system installations and oversee trial implementations
* Manage ongoing software updates and maintenance for customer systems
* Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support
Business Development & Growth
* Analyse customer analogue and digital workflows to identify opportunities for enhancement
* Develop and execute upselling strategies focused on resin additions and workflow optimisation
* Engage with customers to maintain satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Serve as primary customer liaison between sales, marketing, and technical support teams
* Facilitate clear communication channels between customers and internal departments
* Coordinate customer feedback to drive product development and service improvements
* Support marketing initiatives through customer case studies and testimonials
Ad-Hoc Warehouse Support (Backup)
* Assist with light manual handling tasks, including ordering, booking, and managing incoming stock
* Handle billing, shipping, and outgoing goods to customers
Professional Skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proven track record in telesales with effective planning and delivery, while maintaining customer relationship management
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
* Proven sales or account management experience
* Previous experience in dental technology or 3D printing industry

Travel Requirements
* This role will be office based in Birchwood, Warrington. There will also be some travel throughout the UK for customer visits, installations, and support activities. Occasional travel to Hamburg for team coordination may be required.
