REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
* HNC or HND in Computer Skills or computing / software related course.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
* Problem-Solving: A flair for problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.
* Growth Mindset: Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Technical Support: You’ll troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software products.
* Helpdesk Assistance: Providing timely and effective support to end-users experiencing technical problems with hardware, software, software connectivity, and other software related issues.
* Task Record Maintenance: Accurately documenting tasks and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
* Customer Service: Strong communication skills are essential for assisting users and maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Product Lifecycle: You’ll be involved throughout the entire lifecycle of software products, from conception of software updates and testing, to launch and beyond.
* User-Centric Approach: Understanding user needs and incorporating them into the product roadmap.
* Testing and Troubleshooting: In addition to planning and development, you’ll be part of the testing process and analyze user data once the software is in use.
* Monthly Risk Based Assessment and invoicing.
* Update/develop systems and user documentation.
