Key Responsibilities:
In this Sous Chef position, you’ll:
7. Assist in managing food costs and achieving GP targets
8. Train and guide kitchen staff on dish specs, portion control, and standards
9. Oversee stock control, ordering, and storage procedures
10. Maintain hygiene standards and ensure HACCP compliance
11. Keep accurate records for cleaning schedules, temperatures, and food labelling
12. Support smooth kitchen operations and collaborate with front-of-house teams
