Resourcing Partner – Mental Health Matters (MHM)
We’re looking for an experienced recruitment lead to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our directorates across the UK. You’ll advise managers, develop attraction strategies, source talent, champion candidate experience, and support onboarding.
Main duties
* Own end‑to‑end recruitment for volume and specialist roles.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
* Design and launch tailored attraction campaigns and talent‑pooling initiatives.
* Ensure inclusive, timely candidate care and a seamless onboarding journey.
* Analyse recruitment metrics and report on progress to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with talent‑acquisition teammates to streamline processes and share best practices.
Qualifications & experience
* Proven experience delivering high‑quality recruitment across a range of roles.
* Strong stakeholder‑management and influence skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to craft inclusive job adverts.
* Knowledge of safer recruitment, pre‑employment checks and compliance.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
* Proficiency with recruitment systems, digital attraction platforms and reporting tools.
* Experience working in mental‑health, healthcare, social care, charity or community‑based settings is preferable.
